Coupar Collins rescued us from a terrible position another moving company left us in. They were on time, professional, moved everything with no damage and were night and day better. So if you’re looking for someone who won’t leave all your stuff in your house and try to charge you double, these are your guys.

I was originally going to book a full move with Coupar Collins but canceled since friends offered to help. Day of the move, we found out last minute that one friend was not able to help us unload, and we were stuck mid-way. I called them again, and they came out within the hour, and were incredibly kind about it. They even didn’t charge us an extra fee which they rightly could have. They were kind, fast, transparent, and incredibly helpful. If moving again, I wouldn’t consider using anyone else in the area.
The movers were excellent! Arrived on time and had no issues moving heavy furniture up and down stairs. Very professional and worked with great attitudes. Will use them again!

If you’re contemplating using this moving company…LOOK NO FURTHER! Coupar Collins has the kind of integrity, professionalism, and care for your belongings that you need. I had a 6-hour move from NC to OH and the initial company booked never showed. Also turned out that the moving truck rented was smaller than expected. I contacted Coupar Collins in hopes that they could assist. I spoke with BJ who dispatched movers to my home within the hour. All this while the majority of his crew was 2 hours away on another scheduled job! BJ himself was courteous and compassionate and the workers he sent were just as wonderful. Not only did they complete the job within 2 hours, but they also packed the hell out of the truck and made everything fit! BJ and his staff turned a horrid and stressful situation into one where I could breathe. Take it from me, these are the kind of people you want handling your treasured, important, or priceless items.
